1 lb. ground beef
1 jar (17.5 oz.) enchilada sauce (Pace)
6 flour tortillas
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
2 cans (4 oz. each) green chilies, drained
chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef in a medium skillet, drain. Add 1/2 cup enchilada sauce. Grease a cookie sheet. Place 1 tortilla on cookie sheet. Top with 1/3 of meat mixture and 1/4 cup cheese. Top with 1 tortilla, 1/2 of refried beans, 1/2 cup enchilada sauce, 1 can chilies and 1/2 cup cheese. Repeat all layers. Top with 1 tortilla, remaining meat mixture and 1/4 cup cheese. Top with remaining tortilla. Cover with foil.
Bake at 400º for 40 minutes or until heated through. Uncover, top with remaining enchilada sauce, cheese, and onions. Bake 5 minutes. Cut into wedges.
