1 c. flour 1 Tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 c. margarine 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1/3- 1/2 c. milk
Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Cut in margarine, add cheese and milk. Knead to stiff dough. Drop or roll lightly and cut. Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 400º for 10-12 minutes, or until slightly brown.
