8 T almonds, slivered
8 green onions, sliced
1 pkg. oriental Ramen noodles, uncooked
1 - 2 pkgs. broccoli slaw

Dressing:
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
6 T. red wine vinegar
1/2 t pepper
seasoning from Ramen noodles

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute almonds in butter
2. Toss slaw, onions, broken noodles, and almonds.
3. In separate bowl, mix dressing ingredients.
4. Toss dressing just before serving.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The packages of Broccoli slaw are typically located near the bagged lettuce. When I use 2 packages of the slaw I normally double the dressing. I like to toss the dressing about 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!!
