4 c. flour
1 2/3 c. shortening
1 T. sugar
1 t . salt
1 t. baking powder
1/2 c. water
1 T. vinegar
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients, cut in shortening, then add liquid and egg. Makes 4-5 single crusts. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
