7 c. apples
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1 T. flour
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
1 T. water
2 T. butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. quick oatmeal
2 t. cinnamon
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Put peeled and sliced apples in greased 9x13" pan. Add 1 T. flour, 2/3 cup sugar, salt, cinnamon and water. Dot with 2 T. butter. TOPPING: Combine oatmeal, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Crumble with butter. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
