3 c. sweet potaotes OR yams (3 large = 3 c.) 1/2 c. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. white sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1/3 c. milk Topping:
1 c. brown sugar 1/3 c. butter 1/2 c. flour 1 c. chopped pecans
Cook sweet potatoes, cool and mash. Cream sugar, butter, eggs. Add milk and vanilla and mashed sweet potatoes, mix well. Pour in 9 X 13 baking dish. Mix the ingredients for the topping together and make it crumbly and sprinkle on first mixture. Bake @ 350º for 25 min.
