1/2 c. flour 2 Tbsp butter 1 whole egg 1 egg Yolk 3/4 c. milk, divided
Combine flour, butter, eggs and 1/4 cup milk beat until smooth. Pour remaining milk into mixture. Spread evenly to the bottom of a small frying pan. Cook untill lightly brown and then turn over. Put whipping cream and jam on the crepe and roll.
