1 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. whipping cream(regular)
3 c. sugar
3-4 Tbsp Karo syrup
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Caramelize sugar, add whipping cream; boil until sugar is dissolve add second measure of sugar and Karo syrup and salt.(Medium Heat). 226-228 temp. Pour into glass or metal bowl to cool then whip it. Put them on wax paper after the bowl has cooled sometimes takes 8 hours.
