3 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Carrots, peas, fresh from the garden

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in sauce pan on low heat, blend flour salt and milk all at once. Stir constantly. Cook vegetables separately. Mix sauce with vegetables when it becomes creamy.
