4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. lemon extract
2/3 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, sugar, flour, lemon extract, buttermilk and melted butter together and pour into prepared deep dish pie crust.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour
