Ingredients:
1 sirloin steak *
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. sour cream
* Can use hamburger in place of steak

Cooked rice or egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into thin stripes or cubes. Brown and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add a small amount of water to pan, cover and simmer steak until tender. Keep a little water in as it simmers to keep it from burning. (I use a Presto cooker to quickly simmer the meat). When meat is tender, add cream of mushroom soup and heat through. Just before serving add sour cream and heat. (Sour cream will curdle if heated too hot)
Serve over cooked rice or egg noodles.

Personal Notes:
We have both rice and noodles at our house because some people won't eat rice. Warmed up left-overs make a great lunch for the working women out there.
