1 package dry yeast or packed yeast
2 c. unsifted flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a stone crock. Beat well
Cover with cheescloth and let stand for two days in a warm place.
Refrigerate between baking.
