1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. mild grated cheese
1/2 stick butter
2/3 tubes (sleeves) of Ritz Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and flour with melted butter in bottom of dish. Add pineapple chunks. Sprinkle cheese over mixture. Crumble crackers and sprinkle over top. Bake for 25 minutes @ 350.
