1 sm can crushed pineapple with juice
1 large box peach Jell-O (or 2 small)
2 c. buttermilk
8 oz Cool Whip
1/2 c. toasted nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pineapple and Jell-O and heat over medium heat. Stir until dissolved. Cool slightly. Stir in 2 cups buttermilk. Fold in Cool Whip and nuts. Chill until firm.
