3 eggs
3 Tbsp. cold water
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until light, add water, sugar, and gradually fold in dry ingredients. Turn into well greased cake pan and bake at 350 F 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Turn out on cloth dish towel covered with powdered sugar. When cool, cover with jelly and roll up.
