2 lbs. cubed steak
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 onion sliced
2 carrots sliced
1 1/2 cups stewed tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Dip cubed steaks in mixture of flour, salt, and pepper. Brown the meat on both sides in a little fat in heavy skillet or Dutch oven. Add onion, carrots and tomatoes. Cover and simmer gently for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Makes about 6 servings.
