2 or 3 md. zucchini
2 or 3 md. squash (crookneck)
1 large can tomato juice (46 oz)
1 can tomato paste
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. butter
salt and pepper to taste

grated chedder cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger in soup pan, add salt and pepper to taste. Wash and cut up zuchinni and squash and add to hamburger. Cover with tomato juice and add can of tomato paste, salt and pepper and butter. Cook over medium heat until squash is tender. Serve in bowls with grated cheese on top (optional).
