4 salmon fillets or steaks
1/3 c. lemonaid concentrate, thawed
1/4 c. Wesson Oil
1/4 c. orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 1/2 tsp. fresh dill weed or 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
non-stick cooking spray

Directions:

Rinse salmon and pat dry. Set aside.
In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients (except for the spray, of course)
Place salmon in large plastic food storage bag and pour 3/4 of the marinade over the fish. Seal bag and gently turn to coat. Refrigerate 2 hours, turning fish several times during marinating.
Preheat broiler or grill. If using broiler, line a pan with foil and spray with non-stick spray. Grill or broil fish until it flakes easily with a fork, basting frequently with the remaining marinade.
