2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
2/3 c. long grain rice
2 c. celery, chopped
2 c. boiling water
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion and add butter. Add soy sauce and simmer. While this is cooking boil the water and add celery and rice, cook until celery and rice are tender and the water is absorbed. In a casserole pan alternate layers of meat, rice and soup. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
