2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. grated carrots (raw)
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Mix together oil and sugar with dry ingredients. Add carrots and eggs, alternately. Add vanilla.
Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes.
Baking pan: 1 bundt pan, or 1 jelly roll pan
