1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 13 oz can evaporated milk
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. hot water
32 graham crackers
1 cube margarine (butter)
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Take cream cheese out of refrigerator.
Put condensed milk in freezing compartment of refrigerator.
Mix Jell-O and hot water and put in refrigerator until set like egg whites.
Crush the graham crackers, melt butter and mix. Put half cracker mixture in 9 X 13 pan, save half for top.
Whip Jell-O until light and fluffy.
Cream the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla. Whip cold canned milk until fluffy like whipped cream.
Mix jello and cream cheese mixture together and fold into whipped milk. Pour over cracker crumbs. Put remaining crumbs on top and refrigerate. Let set for 2 hours before cutting.
Can serve plain or with choice of topping ie. cherry, blueberry or raspberry.

This is a no-bake light fluffy cheese cake. I like this in the summer when you don't have to heat your house with cooking.
