1 German chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. (14 oz) carmels
c. milk
c. chocolate chips
1 c. pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake as directed on package.
Pour batter into greased, floured 9 X 13 pan Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes.
Melt carmels with milk, pour over hot cake top with chocolate chips and nuts. Pour remaining batter on top.
Bake @350 for 15-20 minutes.
Cool before cutting. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
