4 Sole fillets, about 6 oz. each
3 T. low fat sour cream
3 T. low fat mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. onion powder
6 mushrooms.sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Lay fish side by side in a baking pan. Scatter mushrooms over fish. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and onion powder on a small bowl. Spread over the fish and mushrooms. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
