4 cans black beans
1 lb. frozen corn
1 diced red pepper
1 diced green pepper
1 diced big red onion
cilantro fresh diced
1 jalepeno pepper (blend with dressing)

Dressing: (blend in a blender)

3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
cummin to taste
1 pkg. chili powder
1/4 c. sugar
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl add all ingredients except jalepeno.
In a blender add the ingredients for the dressing and the jalepeno. Blend for about 1 min. Pour dressing over ingredients in bowl.
