1 stick butter (not margarine)
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
8 oz cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. Cool Whip
2 pkg instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk
1 carton Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, flour, and walnuts and spread out in a 9X13 pan. Bake at 350 F until light brown, about 18 minutes. Beat powdered sugar into cream cheese and then add Cool Whip. Spread out on cooled crust. Mix lemon pudding and milk with a wire whip for about 2 minutes or until smooth. Pour on top of filling. Refrigerate for about 1 hour. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Grate and sprinkle with real lemon rind.
