1/3 c. powdered milk
1/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1 Tbsp. yeast in 1/4 c. warm water
2 eggs
5-6 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over milk, shortening, sugar, and salt. When mixture cools to warm, add eggs, yeast, and flour. Mix until a soft dough. Let raise until double in bulk. Roll out on a floured cutting board 1/4" thick and cut with 3" open can. Fold circle in half and pinch edges together. Place on greased baking sheets. Let raise again until double in bulk. Bake at 400 F for 10-12 minutes.
