Meat balls:

1 lb. grund beef

salt and pepper

cup milk

1 cup bread crumbs

Combine all ingredients; form into balls. Brown in skillet with small amount of oil.


1 cup catsup

2 tablespoons brown sugar

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients; pour over meat balls, simmer in slow cooker.
