4 Lbs. apples

1 cup apple cider or apple juice

2 cups sugar

3 tsp. cinnamon

2 tsp. ground clove

2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and core apples, do not peel. Cut into pieces small enough to go into blender.

Add cup apple juice and 1 lb. apples to blender. Blend until smooth. Put into large pan to cook. Repeat with juice and apples, until all used. Add spices and sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer 45 minutes. Put into pint canning jars. Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes, according to directions for canning.
