1 egg lightly beaten
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
3/4 c. quick cooking oats
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. minced parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pound ground beef.
3 Tbsp. flour.


SAUCE:
2 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. Dried Thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can (14 oz) chicken broth
2/3 c. whipping cream
2 tsp. Parsley.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, milk, ketchup, Worchestershire sauce, quick cooking oats, onion, parsley, salt and pepper in bowl then mix 1 pound ground beef. Shape into 1 inch balls ( I use a small scoop for cookie dough). Roll in 3 Tablespoon flour. Bake @400 for 10 minutes. Turn meatballs and bake 12-15 min. longer, or until meat is no longer pink.

SAUCE: .
Cook /melt butter in sauce pan add flour, thyme, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually add broth and cream, bring to boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thick & bubbly. Remove meatballs from oven and drain on paper towel transfer to serving dish. Top with sauce. Sprinkle w/ parsley.
