Meat Sauce:

1 pound grown beef
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil or olive oil.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
2 (6oz.) Cans tomato paste,
4 cans water
1 package of spaghetti sauce mix.

Cheese Filling:

1 carton small curd cottage cheese
1 pound of mozzarella cheese (can do half mozzarella and cheddar)

Meat Sauce:
In a large skillet, brown 1 pound grown beef in oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Stir in tomato paste, water and package of spaghetti sauce mix. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Cheese Filling: Mix together with spoon, cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese or mixture of mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Lightly grease a large baking dish and spoon in enough meat sauce to cover the bottom; top with strips of cooked lasagna; spread with part of the cheese filling. Repeat layers ending with cheese mix. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
**I microwave 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5-10 minutes to set layers.
