2 lbs.(1 kg) white chocolate
(bulk is best)
30 small candy canes

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 10" x 15" edged cookie sheet with heavy-duty foil. Break up chocolate into a medium glass bowl. Microwave 5-6 minutes on medium power. Stir and microwave 1-2 minutes until melted. (Don't let it burn!) Remove paper from candy canes and hammer into chunks beween 2 pieces of waxed paper. Add candy to chocolate. Spread onto pan and chill until set (about one hour). Break into pieces by slamming pan on counter.
