Crust:
2 cups finely ground vanilla wafer cookie crumbs
1 stick slightly salted butter
1/4 cup sugar

Batter:
4 pkg (8 oz) each of Philadelphia Brand© cream chesse at room temperature
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sour cream
1 cup sugar
4 eggs at room temperature
1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 325ºF.
Melt butter and combine with crumbs and sugar. Blend with fork or food processor until completely blended. Press small amounts of mix on bottom and sides of ungreased 10 inch springform pan. You may line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper before you press the cookie crumb mixture into the pan. Do not bake.

Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese with sugar on medium speed. Add sour cream, salt, vanilla, lime juice and blend well but on medium speed. On low speed add eggs one at a time. Pour over crust and bake 45 - 60 minutes until filling is almost set. Remove from oven and increase hat to 350ºF. Cake MUST set for 10 minutes. The add the glaze over top
Glaze is
2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon almond extract
combine ingredients DO NOT USE MIXER. Spread evely over top of baked filling and return to 350ºF oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and place immediately in refrigerator.
