c. - celery, chopped
1 lb. - fish fillets
6 T. - onion, chopped
1/8 tsp. - pepper
4 T. - fresh parsley, chopped
paprika
c. - low sodium corn oil OR melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Mix celery, parsley, onion, and margarine. Place mixture on top of fillets in a shallow baking dish. Season with pepper and paprika. Cover and bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
