7 c. - rhubarb, cut ¼ to 1/3 c. - sugar ½ pkg. - cake mix ½ pkg. - strawberry Jell-O ½ stick - margarine
Put rhubarb on a 9 x 13 pan; sprinkle with sugar. Mix the cake mix with the Jell-O and sprinkle on top. Melt the margarine and pour over all. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes. Non-fat frozen yogurt or Cool Whip may be used as a topping.
