1 head of lettuce
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 pkg. frozen peas

1 c. mayo (Best Foods)
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. season salt


8 boiled eggs
1/2 lb. cooked, crumbled bacon
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
tomato wedges (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Layer in salad bowl or 9 X 13 casserole dish in the following order: lettuce, green onions, frozen peas. Mix mayo and sour cream together, spread over frozen peas. Mix parmesan cheese, season salt and sugar together. Sprinkle over dressing. Cover and chill for 8 -24 hours. Before serving, sprinkle salad with bacon, diced eggs and cheddar cheese.
