1 LB medium egg noodles (cooked and drained)
1 Jar Spaghetti Sauce (I like Emerils)
1 Can Mushrooms, sliced, drained
1 Med Onion, Chopped
1 Small Package Sliced Pepperoni (more pepperoni flavor if each slice is cut into fourths)
1-1/2 Tbs Oregano
1-1/2 Lb Hamburger, browned and drained
1/2 Cup Milk
Shredded Cheese, Mozzarella & Cheddar
Seasoning Salt (Garlic or Onion)

Brown Hamburger, drain and set aside. Brown Onion in little olive oil; add mushrooms and pepperoni and brown little; add oregano and stir; add back hamburger, spaghetti sauce and milk.
Cook noodles and drain.
Need large roasting pan, lasagna pan, or large crock pot.
Layer 1/2 cooked noodles in bottom of pan or Crockpot sprayed with oil. Spread 1/2 sauce and sprinkle with seasoned salt -- add shredded cheese to cover. Repeat ending with cheese on top.
Cover and bake at 350 F for 1 hour -- or Crockpot on low for at least 4 hours or until cheese well melted and heated through.
