1-1/2 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs or Crackers
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
1 Pint Oysters, drained (save liquid)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 Cup Minced Celery
2 Tbs Minced Parsley
2/3 Cup Liquor (half oyster half milk)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crumbs and butter-makes three layers
Spread 1/3 in greased baking dish (10 x 6 x 1-1/2)
Arrange oysters, salt, pepper, celery, liquor (half of each)
Spread another 1/3 crumbs
another oyster layer and top with remaining crumbs
Bake 30 minutes at 450 F.

This is a holiday tradition when we have turkey. Takes the unaware by surprise who claim not to like oysters.
