2 squares bitter chocolate
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 t. vanilla
1-1/2 to 2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 t. salt
1 egg yolk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 2 squares of chocolate with oil. Add sugar and water. Boil for 1 minute. Stir in vanilla and
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar, 1/8 t. salt and 1 egg yolk. Add 1/2 c. more powdered sugar if necessary for spreading consistancy. Beat until creamy.
