1 1/8 c. butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 T. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. flour
1 bag milk chocolate candy kisses

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl with mixer at medium speed beat first 6 ingredients until fluffy. At low speed beat in next 4 ingredients. Shape into 1" balls; roll in sugar. Don't press cookie flat. Leave in ball. Bake in 350 12-15 minutes. Immediately press kiss into cookies. Let cool until candy kiss hardens.
