DRESSING:
4 T sugar
6 T apple cider vinegar
2 T soy sauce
1/2 C vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

SALAD:
4 chicken breast halves-baked and shredded
1 green cabbage-shredded
5 green onion stalks-chopped
5 T sunflower seeds
3 T toasted white sesame seeds
1/2 C toasted sliced almonds
1 can Chun King chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dressing ingredients in bottle.

Mix cabbage, chicken and green onion. When ready to serve, add sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, almonds. Toss in dressing and sprinke with chow mein noodles.
