2 pkgs (10 oz each) frozen broccoli spears, thawed and cut up, or equivalent amount of fresh broccoli

1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 1/4 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c. minced green onion
1 c. crushed saltine crackers or potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine borccoli, celery soup, 1 cup of the grated cheese and the minced onion. Pour into lightly greased Crock Pot. Sprinkle top with crushed crqacke4rs, then with remaining cheese. Cover and cook on Low for 5-6 hours or on High for 2 1/2 -3 hours.
