1/4 lb. bacon, fried until crisp and crumbled

1 c. diced onions
1/2 c. diced carrots
3/4 c. diced celery
1 sm green pepper, diced
2 c. cooked meat, (beef, chicken or turkey, your choice) diced
3 Tbsp. soy sauce (or more to taste)
3 c. cold cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Stir fry onions for one minute, then add carrots and stir fry one more minute. Add celery and green pepper and stir fry one more minute. Add all meats and soy sauce and heat through.

Break up cold cooked rice. Stir gently into meat (but not bacon) and vegetables, taking care that each grain of rice is coated with oil and liquids that have formed in the pan. Heat through. Add crumbled bacon and serve immediately.
