1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 c. milk
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can corn niblets, undrained
1 tsp. chicken soup base or boullion (optional)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and pepper in butter until soft but not browned. Add remaining ingredients; simmer for about 5 minutes to develop flavor. For those who are young and not worried about cholesterol, add a cup of sour cream. You may also add minced chicken.
