3 egg whites
1/2 t vanilla
1/4 t cream of tartar
6 T sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites, vanilla, and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Then gradually add sugar. Beat until stiff and glossy peaks.
Bake for 12 - 15 minutes at 350F.
