3 eggs 3 T heavy cream (or 3 T melted butter) 1 t salt 1 1/2 cup flour
Sift flour in bowl and make a well in the center. Beat eggs with fork, then mix in cream and salt. Stir this into flour with fork (not spoon). Divide in 2 parts and roll out. Let dry 2 hrs and then cut & cook.
