3.5 oz crab, 2 T finely chopped red bell pepper, 2 T finely chopped green onion, 2 T mayonnaise, 2 t lemon juice, 1/4 t garlic powder, Cayenne pepper, 1 med egg, beaten, 2/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs, 3 T butter, melted in skillet.
