2 pkg yeast,
2 cup water (can use milk),
1/2 cup sugar,
2 t salt,
2 eggs, beaten,
1/2 cup butter (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Put water, sugar, yeast, and salt in mixer bowl to soften. Add beaten eggs to melted butter to cool it and then add yeast mix. Add 3 - 4 cups flour and mix until smooth. Switch to dough hook and add 3 - 3 1/2 cup move flour. Knead till smooth. Cover and let rise until doubled. Form into rolls, let rise again.
Bake 15 - 20 minutes at 375F.
