1 carton large mushrooms 1 lb. regular Jimmy Dean sausage 1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 2 Tbsp. green onion salt and pepper to taste
Remove stems from mushrooms, then wash. Cook sausage and add cream cheese, onions, and salt and pepper while still hot (so it will melt the cream cheese). Stuff mushrooms with sausage mixture. Place stuffed mushrooms on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes. Serve while hot.
