6 to 8 c. fresh broccoli
1 lb. bacon
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
raisins or Cransins
1 medium purple onion (chopped finely)
2 c. mayonnaise
4 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon crisp, and chop into small pieces. Set aside. Chop broccoli into bite size pieces and combine in a large mixing bowl with onion and bacon and raisin or Cransins.
Mix Mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar until smooth. Pour over broccoli mixture. Chill at least 12 hours before serving.
