1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cooked ground beef, onion, barbecue sauce and brown sugar. Set aside. Separate buscuit dough into 12 biscuits. Place 1 biscuit in a muffin cup. Press dough in each cup. Add 4 Tbsp. of meat mixture into each cup. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
